Single-Barrel Flanders Red aged for 33 months in Gamay Noir barrel and then further conditioned on mulberries. Brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, Carapils, Carahell, Caraamber, and Special W malts, Hallertau hops and fermented with WLP-665 yeast.

Nose: Complex dark forest fruit, plum, strong acetic tartness, leather, oaky barrel notes, medium balanced spice, vinous

Appearance: Reddish Brown with Good Clarity, tannish head

Taste: Clear Acetic character, well-balanced with strong mulberry, plum, cherry and dark fruit coming through, vinous notes, oaky barrel and tart, dry, long-lasting finish.
