With twin 2,000 litre brew kettles and a production capacity of 50,000 litres per month in brand new facilities and Hong Kong's largest barrel-aging facility, with over 75 oak barrels, we produce our essential range of Machine Men Pale Ale, Voss Boss Hazy Kveik IPA, Lager Lager Lager, and Sour City fruited sour; as well as Signature Beers like Lamma Island IPA, Hong Kong Bastard Imperial IPA, Thai Chilli Getaway Herb and Spice Sour, Quit Your Job! Saison, and Sai Kung Session, Seasonal Beers like Wampi Foraged Sour, Seize the Means Chocolate Fudge Milk Stout; as well as a wide range of Seasonal Releases, Cask Ales, and Barrel-Aged Specials.
We're passionate about creativity and experimentation, seeking to produce beers that push boundaries and excite and challenge drinkers. We use both traditional methods, as well as experimenting with Asian and Western fusions, fermentation practices, new ingredients, developments, technologies and processes to make the best, most interesting beer possible.
First brewed in Luke Yardley’s Lamma Island living room, Yardley Brothers has grown alongside the Hong Kong craft beer scene, opening a 7 hectolitre Kwai Hing brewery in 2016 and building wholly new facilities in Kwai Chung in 2023. Beers are available in the company’s two taprooms, Yardley’s Taproom on Peel Street and The Beer Shack on Lamma Island, as well as widely available in bottle shops, fine restaurants and bars throughout Hong Kong. Yardley Brothers’ beers have won many awards at a range of local, regional and global competitions.
