Yardley Brothers Craft Brewery is dedicated to pushing the craft beer industry forward by producing creative unusual, quality beer. We combine the care and craftsmanship of traditional methods with forward-thinking innovation, forging a unique path for craft beer and setting trends in flavour and production. We have recently moved into a new brewhouse which more than triples our manufacturing capacity, moving from a 7 hectoliter system to a unique double 20 hectolitre system, allowing 4000 total litres of brewing capacity at any time.
We are seeking a Brewing Intern who is excited to learn brewing from the ground up in a state-of-the-art brand new Craft Brewing facility.
Learn how to brew and package beer as part of Asia’s leading innovative craft brewery with a passion for sour mixed-fermentation and Barrel-Aged beer.

Responsibilities
Assist our Head Brewer throughout the brewing process,
Learn how to mill barley,
Learn the fundamental processes of brewing beer from recipe development to tasting,
Learn safety protocols,
Learn about Food Hygiene and Cleaning Standards and how to operate Clean In Place equipment,
Learn how to work in the Cellar, understanding storage and key protocols,
Learn how to use advanced analytic lab equipment as part of data gathering,
Take part in regular cleaning of the brewery,
Take part in and learn how to run QualityControl panels,
Learn how to build and clean Draft systems.

Qualifications
BA/BS University Degree,
Fluent English, spoken and written,
Understanding of the concepts of Sanitation and Fermentation; home brewing experience is a bonus,
Familiarly with data entry systems is preferred
