Who doesn't love pie? Bourbon Caramel Peach Pie! Our collaboration with Track Brewing for the 8×8 Brewing Project, A Piece of the Pie, took inspiration from the classic British crumble, but with a twist, based on bringing together some beers we had both previously made. We brewed a big Pastry Sour with lots of fresh peach, some bourbon salted caramel and fresh Ceylon cinnamon. It's a super bright, fun beer with cinnamon up front, followed by the peach and finishing with the bourbon salted caramel crust. We had a great time collaborating, and as you can see, the can artwork brings together both of our aesthetics. Everyone gets a piece of the pie!
